From the first time we met Nick to quote our new renovations project, we knew he was the right person to take this on. We wanted the whole downstairs renovated, knocked through, new kitchen and an under stairs toilet. Its the first big project we had done. We were quite nervous about it but he reassured us and gave us lots of advice, ideas and his subject knowledge for this field was evident. We had alot of communication before the project started and problems were foreseen that might or might not go wrong so there were no surprises along the way. Once the work started, Nick and his team worked hard constantly to stay in the time frame as we had moved out and everything went to plan. He made us feel safe in the knowledge that our house was in good hands with clear advice on any bumps in the road and daily updates. Nick listened to everything and created our vision to the highest standard even down to the finishing touches especially our lighting in our new downstairs bathroom! I now know my house much better as hes talked through all the pipe work, heating and plumbing with me which makes it easier to spot when something is wrong. We had complete trust in him the whole way and we are over the moon with our new open plan living for our family. We cannot thank him and his team enough. We will recommend him to anyone now.
