Terrible company. Ordered and paid a deposit for my son's birthday party. All confirmed by email and the day before. They didn't show up, no reason to why, no refund. Countless calls and emails were sent and nothing! This company is beyond unprofessional. Completely ruined my son's birthday party for him and all the children that turned up. Absolutely discusted!!

We hired the bucking bronco weeks in advance of my fathers 98th birthday party, I checked the morning of the party that they were still coming, They said they be there at 6:45 as party started at 7pm, just after 7 I had a message saying Sorry we are going to be late should be with you round 7:30 at 8 oclock still no bucking bronco, I sent them a message asking if everything was okay and if they were still coming and they didnt even have the decency to reply. If they have let me know in the morning they had no intention of arriving I couldve organise something else. I would not recommend this company, dont wast you time!

Booked a bucking bronco for our wedding in July 21. Gary arrived at the venue to set up the equipment, but there were logistical issues with where the caterers had parked their equipment which meant Gary couldn't set up in the time he'd allocated. Gary then took it upon himself to leave the venue and so didn't provide the service we had already pre-paid in full. It was recognised by our venue and the caterers that they were in part to blame for the issue and so agreed to cover 1/3 of the booking cost each, with the view that Gary should cover the remaining 1/3. We contacted Gary and he refused to offer us a part refund, and refused to take any responsibility. This has meant we, the customers who played no part in the issues that took part on our wedding day, have been left out of pocket and have ended up paying for a service we didn't receive, whilst Gary has kept the full hire cost that we pre-paid prior to our wedding day.
