In Malvern visiting family for the week and walked in to Waller & Waller looking for help with adjusting our 6yo's glasses. Debbie took wonderful care of us and gave us tips for how to look after them going forwards. Thanks for your help and also for the tips on where to take the kids locally during half term!

Brilliant! A first class optician who take great care of my eyes; friendly, efficient and very competent staff throughout; and perfect far as I can see (which is better with my new glasses). Very happy indeed!

Went in for my first eye test since childhood due to tired gritty eyes mainly towards the end of the day. I was diagnosed with a very mild prescription with glasses recommended for close up reading. I opted to get glasses (they have a huge range to choose from) and they have made a massive difference. A thorough non rushed appointment and all the staff were thoroughly nice.
