        Excellent service and very good prices. The staff went out of their way to sort out exactly the right frames for my son. We had previously had a bad experience with Specsavers in Worcester so we came here. We will be recommending Value Vision to family and friends. The service we recieved from 'Ronnie' was fantastic. What a wonderful lady who did her absolute best, she has extensive knowledge of the industry and even fetched my son other frames to try from another branch. Forget the High Street chains as Value Vision in Malvern service is professional, friendly and knowledgable. Excellent prices and choice. My son is over the moon with his new Rayban glasses THANK YOU
