Very poor customer service. Ordered a dog bed that unfortunately was too small, tried to return for a refund so I could order the next size up but was refused due to a couple of hairs left over. This was hoovered and lint rolled before sending back but as you can imagine you'd never get all the hairs. Now stuck with a bed too small. Edit: Received bed back today, different box and no paperwork which is weird. Very minimal amount of hair that could of easily of been cleaned. Don't know how they expect someone to test a dog bed without letting the dog use it.

They send me defective product worth 170 take my money and no contact with them till now my order have place 2 month's ago. Emailed them , called- no response. I did try to avoid thistles way it take 2 months, they can't send people defective stuff and then don't take any responsibility for it! It's just awful! See you in court.
