Absolutely appalling service at malvern toolstation today. Wanted a list of 4 items and the guy that served me could not be bothered to help. Dont remember his name but he had a nose stud in and a dont care attitude. I wanted some trousers ordered for next day delivery but to send them to the worcester store and the guy told me it couldnt be done which is a complete lie as i have done this on multiple occasions in the past. I ended up not even reading out the rest of my list and left the store completely dissatisfied. I will be avoiding this store and taking my business to the worcester toolstation instead. They are much more helpful and friendly in worcester
