I was looking for myofascial release treatment, but no one could give me a recommendation. I found Claire through google. She did a fantastic job! I was back to my old self after 3 treatments. Claire is professional and communicated with me very effectively both before the appointment and during it. She was able to work with my body to address my needs. I can highly recommend her. The myofascial treatment was amazing for my musculoskeletal issues, which I suspect are related to my hypermobile joints. If you are hypermobile or have fibromyalgia type pains then do try this treatment. I have been struggling for years with chronic pains and this has given me the greatest and quickest relief from my symptoms.

I was recommended Claire when I was pregnant and she definitely did not disappoint. She helped me tremendously with my discomforts during the latter half of my pregnancy and has been absolutely wonderful at targeting areas postnatally that needs TLC. I look forward to my sessions with her and would book every day if I could! A friendly and welcoming lady too. Id highly recommend!

* A therapist that cares! * I was recommended Claire from various friends who had pregnancy massage treatments with her previously and so my sister in law kindly gifted me a pregnancy massage with Claire. Claire was thoughtful, professional and thorough. She was so accommodating, managing to get me in last minute and even changed the time when I had an unexpected hospital visit. The massage was absolutely amazing and the visualisation and breathing work made this a very unique experience. I felt like she really cared about my well-being and tailored the massage to my needs. After having a pregnancy reiki massage by Claire from my home i can only say good things. From the moment she arrived she made me feel very calm and at ease.
