Absolutely love my bottle. Ive dropped it multiple times on a stone floor and still cant believe the glass didnt break! Due to my own fault I had broken the base of the bottle, twice! Each time Ive contacted customer services theyve been extremely prompt and have sent me out the replacement piece at no extra cost. Genuinely so impressed with the customer service and bottle itself. Would recommend a million times over.

I have purchased 3 bottles, all of them were leaking at various places. Got them replaced and guess what, they are all leaking. Awful quality for a lot of money.

Popped into the warehouse today, the owner was lovely and I got exactly what I went in for. I love these water bottles. They are so easy to clean. I like that they are interchangeable and you can get new crystal inserts, there is a great selection. I have had mine for over a year now, it's leak proof and the glass is strong. Would recommend 10/10.

I ordered the magic water insert in March which Ive still not received. I emailed and sent messages on there Instagram still heard nothing Im absolutely appalled . The fact that not one person has got back to me regarding the matter Ive basically been robbed of 15. I will not be recommending you at all !!! Im so upset as I loved my bottle and wanted to try out different inserts your customer service team have let this company down massively
