Absolutely appalling. My children spent a lot of time and effort BEFORE October half-term creating a picture for placemats and cup mats for Christmas. These didn't arrive at the school until YESTERDAY (March 8th), during this time I have the greatest sympathy for the school reception having to deal with all the parents calls to find out when the Christmas Present's our children had loving created were going to arrive. This company didnt answer the phone to the school, making any communication very difficult, they provide very little customer service and NO any apology for the delays. What make things worse is our order wasn't even complete so i have to explain to one of my children why they haven't received what's been PAID for and they have waited 3 months for. To top off the poor customer service there has being no credit/refund for any of the shortfalls so the school felt that embarrassed they have refunded the parents out of their own funds. DIABOLICAL.
