        A extremely stressful experience which affected my health.I did not understand what was required on various forms but was expected to know,I felt belittled. Never again!

        Hilary was very professional and great attention to detail. Happy with the service on the whole. Only thing for me was that 10% deposit of sale price 5 days before and 350 originally to do searches. Arranging money transfers not as straight forward as it could have been and just adds more stress rather than transfers on Completion Day.

        Really superb service from this small team. They have carried out mostly conveyancing work but have been involved in Wills and probate for us too . Thank-you Vicky and Hillary for such personal attention to my professional needs. Great to be able to park outside too
