Rang at 8am, still in a que until 8:20am,then found out they were fully booked. Horrendous service, avoid this practice at all costs. People are dying out here, and they dont care!!!!!!

I do wish the receptionists I tend to see in the New Court Surgery side were a little more approachable . I always feel Im bothering them for some reason , and as if Ive done something wrong. Very glum faces, with not even a gentle opening smile . Are they instructed to act this way . Im sorry Ive had to write this review .I just wish they were a tad more welcoming .

Promised a sick note would be sent to my employer and failed to do so. When chased, several times, no reply was sent. Eventually called them and was scoffed at when I asked it to be forwarded on by midday to avoid me not being paid. Passed on to person dealing with it who was instantly sarcastic, defensive, refused to give bane of colleague or lodge a complaint as she was new (new does not excuse rudeness), then suggested the surgery full of patients were more important than me being able to heat my children's home over the holidays, and eventually hung up without reasoning after a whisper from a colleague. She then proceeded to send the sick note dated incorrectly and 2.5 hours late! Clearly on purpose. I have requested the call recording and will use civil court if necessary to obtain. Disgraceful. Instantly moved surgery and logged a complaint with the practice manager. Have emailed them to confirm contact from anybody other than the practice manager will be considered harassment. I don't know how that can sleep at night.

I NEVER moan about this surgery but having had a weekend of severe diarrhea and sickness and frankly just needing words of advice I rang at 7:59 this morning and all appointments had gone ..how is this possible??!! I did eventually speak to the nurse clinician and I totally understand the issues of the NHS my sister was a DDN at Worcester for over 30 yes But 111 didn't take our calls and we were very stressed all weekend surely it's possible to cover these calls if nothing else Tuesda 20th Dec Having had awful three weeks I saw Marianne today as no GP available I cannot sing her praised highly enough and I'm already feel brighter thank you

Ridiculous system. Im sure the doctors & nurses are good, but its a nightmare trying to get an appointment. Also as non-emergencies cant be booked in advance they have to compete with people who have an emergency at 8am. Lose-lose.
