        I gave the man my order number, fast track collection number, showed him the order on my Argos account but he tried to tell me he couldn't help because there was another number he needed. He eventually went out the back and found my item and then gave me a lecture about how I should do things in the future!!

        Rip-off! Daughter bought a Switch game for 12.99; got home, found the same game via Nintendo for 1.49; took the purchase back for a refund and was refused because she'd ripped the cellophane wrapper. Wasn't told this was a condition of refund at the point of purchase, so frankly should have been refunded, but there was no talking to them. 7 year old distraught; staff couldn't care less. Awful customer service - they should be ashamed.
