I just had my regular 6 monthly check up and hygienist visit. I am in my 60s, and I think this is the best dental practice I have ever attended. You can see how much Karen, my dentist, genuinely cares about all of her patients, and that puts me at ease straight away even though I have always been very nervous at dentists. She is so friendly, kind, understanding, and just wonderful. She really listens, gives excellent advice, and always tells you what to expect. Her team is just as caring, supportive, friendly, and wonderful too. Nikki, my hygienist, is friendly, caring, kind, understanding, and wonderful too. She remembers which processes worry me and takes that into account. She explains everything as she goes along and I find that really helpful. The fact that I can take a pause at any point if I need to is very reassuring. Her team is also friendly, caring, supportive, and wonderful. This dental practice, from what I can see, has a wonderful ethos of care and understanding, which can be seen across all their teams. I hope they never lose that, because it is fabulous.
