        Having recently moved to Malvern I contacted this practice to register for NHS treatment. Their website clearly states that they have agreed with the NHS to provide NHS treatment to all patients. Despite this, I was told that I would have to PAY for a PRIVATE CONSULTATION where it would be decided whether they would choose to provide me with NHS treatment or not. This must be against the terms of their NHS contract and I will be making an official complaint .

        Tam is fantastic. Always so patient and caring. I've been with his practise for more than 10 years now and never ever been anxious about keeping an appointment. Nicky, receptionist and Chloe the nurse both are very welcoming. Always cheerful.
