Co-op Food - Malvern Link

Personally like the place and bargains too compared to other supermarkets I use such as Waitrose to compliment items. However prices have increased somewhat recently and veg is getting limited where are the new potatoes etc ? Anyway watch being on candid camera and being probed as they seem obsessed with customers who buy more than 3 items and not on benefits. Staff can be very friendly even seem to miss you when away with a local independent feel however some can be downright weird. As always these are general opinions. Co op member dividend is excellent taken off shop when you wish and helps if wish to apply for co op credit card if a non perfect credit score.

I hadn't been in this store for a few years. I went in on Sunday. It looked presentable, but there was one member of staff serving. I was in a queue of people doing an errand for a friend and had got to be at an appointment. Then when I got to the till I was told I can't help you. I would have been told sooner if other tills had been staffed. It's going like everywhere else. Self service, the same cost in commodities but no wage bill to pay out, people not employed,and no practical customer service. That is an integral part of any business.
