The project overall was a success, both from a contract administration and building perspective. The quality of the end product was excellent and the client was very satisfied. Any unforeseen issues on site were dealt with quickly and positively, whilst the appropriate consultants were always involved when required. Any defects that occurred during the retention period were quickly resolved and always at the convenience of the client. Shaun Morris Builders were easy to work with, provided a great service and end product and I would not hesitate to work with them again
