        Always a good starting point for claims or sorting out commercial issues you have some can just be settled by their free service others have to be forwarded. Its very much a non phone non internet way you see a real person the trouble lies in who you see some are excellent and some could be a waste of time but as a starting point to any issues its a good point of access. To be fair not been for a while. UPDATE turned into a bunch of muppets on phone only no face to face do not answer phones and serious lack of knowledge a google search is better bunch of loons. Still waiting for a referral very disappointed better off banging on the door.
