Bought a car from Daniels a couple of years ago. It was a basic cheap car for dogs and tip runs so I wasn't spending a fortune but the service has been wonderful not just initially but ever since which is greatly appreciated as I have no idea about cars so it is very reassuring to have such good service and kindness

I've never felt compelled to leave an online review for anything before. But in 35 years of car buying, I've never experienced such fabulous after sales service. Bought a cheap 2500 for my son. The car was in excellent condition with a 6 month warranty. After a couple of months, noted the aircon wasn't working. An examination revealed a damaged condensor. I'm pretty confident 99% of garages would have stated 'happened after you bought it'. However, it was replaced without question. I also asked if they could adjust the handbrake. They replaced all the brake shoes and a wheel bearing for good measure. Again, most garages would have argued 'wear and tear'. Just fantastic service. They clearly stand by their own warranty and its just a refreshing change to deal with people who display such care to their customers.
