After years of not being at Malvern cafe I'm so disappointed with the state it is in now. Tables full of dirty dishes, tray racks full of dirty dishes, 25 mins waiting for food and food that quite frankly I could have made better at home. We ordered two full English breakfast which arrived just warm enough to eat and cold toast. When ordering we asked for one breakfast to have no beans and an extra tomato instead as beans don't agree with my partner. We were told we couldn't swap and changed the menu. The only reasonable thing was the cup of tea. So if you want a good meal I recommend finding a proper cafe. At least you will be able to eat in a clean environment.

Incredibly slow food service. It doesn't take 40 mins to cook pasta. Chips not cooked enough! Only about 8 other people in here so not busy. Server 'wasn't sure' if they had a teaspoon. It's a cafe for crying out loud Food portion on the small side. However, milkshakes were brilliant. Edit: wrote my review before look at others. Shocking that after several months/years of the same problems that nothing has changed. Won't be revisiting.

Disappointing food quality, toastie very poor, ordered ham toastie & got cheese toastie that took quite a while to arrive. Staff friendly and trying their best but poor coordination & food quality.
