Artex testing - couldn't fault it. Everyone was friendly, professional and communication was fantastic. The surveyor took samples and I had results within 24 hours. Would use them again in a heartbeat.

In prep for a garage conversion our builder advised us that we had asbestos ceiling tiles that would need to be removed before he could continue. I phoned Ledbury Surveys Ltd and Chris asked me to email a few pictures through, shortly after he came round to inspect and quote for the work. The quote was quick and good value compared to others companies who had quoted. The work was carried out by two labourers Stuart and Jason who were fantastic. When they arrived they were polite and friendly and then set straight to the task at hand. They completed the removal and then noticed some additional asbestos hidden on a door which led to our side passage. They offered to remove this as well which was additional cost but really not a big difference. I am very glad for their professional and thorough service. They also provide certificates to prove that the asbestos has been correctly disposed of- which gives me peace of mind. Now my garage is clear and ready to go! Thank you Ledbury Surveys!
