Jo Lunn Bowen Technique Practitioner

Jo is a superb practitioner of the Bowen Technique. I have a very physical job and the treatment enables me to continue working, and playing, pain free. I highly recommend Jo for her professionalism and knowledge.

What an excellent practitioner Jo is, she listens to both what you have to say and your body too and works to support you in your health and wellbeing. I had plantar fasciatus (policeman's heel) which I was told would be with me for weeks if not longer and one treatment with Jo and it was gone forever. My husband and I have both found effective, long-lasting relief from neck and shoulder problems (one of which was a very old injury causing recurring pain) and we also use Bowen from Jo to support our 13 yo daughter if she has any injuries or niggles from sports activity.
