Rotherham Road Pharmacy

Terrible pharmacy, Terrible staff, badly managed, absolutely filthy inside. Lost prescriptions, constantly out of stock of medicines, I come away with more "owing" slips than medication. Behind the counter is just bags and bags of medications strewn all over the place. If they struggle to find your medication, they blame you saying, "are you sure you've ordered it, or the doctors haven't sent it yet" then when you phone the doctors you find out that the pharmacy have had it for days. Then there's the delivery driver!!! The most miserable human I've ever come across, and to keep in with the state of the pharmacy scruffy as well. Driver always comes to deliver when your out, we even told him the days when we are not at home and the days when some is at home and he still couldn't get it right! So to sum up, Rotherham Rd pharmacy in Great Houghton is absolutely needs to get its act together because the way they are going they won't have any prescriptions to dispense because like me and my family we'll just go elsewhere.

Fantastic service from day one. Recently moved both granddaughters to this pharmacy having had a bad experience at our local pharmacy. They go above and beyond. Communication great and staff really helpful. Signed us up for free delivery and prescriptions are always delivered on time. Your hard work is much appreciated

All the employees in this pharmacy have always been polite, caring and extremely helpful with me. I have had my flu jab here for a few year now and I can't fault them. I once was having a panic and they took me in a room and the young man sat with me, helped me get my breathing under control and calmed me down. Even the man who delivers my prescriptions is lovely. Thankyou everyone
