Great instruction and a friendly atmosphere, great place for personal growth and a real chance to learn a true art form - you get out what you put in but are not pressured to try more than your limits, instead they show you that the limit is only in your mind and your capable of far more than you think. Im in my late 40s and never thought I would be able to do the things I can now- Forward rolling break falls, backwards break falls, throws, blocks and locks. I can honestly say this has changed the way I see myself, my capabilities and has improved my coordination massively. It can be tough sometimes but theres a saying in the Dojo- the hardest part is turning up.

Extremely knowledgeable Sensai and Udancha and a very welcoming atmosphere. Always a demanding workout and wider social aspect is also great.
