The unexpected always hits hard & so soon after the loss of Titus our 80 year old tortoise, our handsome & loyal spaniel Barnie was diagnosed with terminal cancer at the age of 14 years. The timeline was far too short & in our time of loss, yet again the Trusted Friends team showed immense compassion & care for our boy. Thank you for collecting him & ensuring safe care with you until his final goodbye, it helped massively to share his final journey with people that really care & to know he wasn't alone on his way to the bluebell field with Titus. When my mother in law passed away, and her beloved pusskins was also dead by her side,the care and compassion that you all showed was beyond words. From the first phone call your service was exceptional, and throughout the process of collection, cremation, and return of pusskins you couldn't have done any more. We suddenly lost our beloved best mate recently, Sam, our golden Labrador. The heartbreak was just awful, but the visiting vet recommended Trusted Friends and in that moment of grief and panic about what to do, I'm so thankful of that recommendation. We were able to ensure that in his passing, as in his life, we were able to give Sam a loving, respectful and dignified departure thanks to Trusted Friends. The team at Trusted Friends were comforting and very professional with a great understanding of the heartbreak of losing a pet who is more than that. A special thank you to Lisa who took care of Sam on him leaving home and being returned to us in a beautiful casket, and for taking the time to answer all my inquisitive questions about that journey. I can't recommend Trusted Friends highly enough when that awful time comes.

Quick response to my enquiry on pet funeral services right after I lost my beloved poodle. They also provided door-to-door cremation service which made me easier to get over the deepest pain of my loss. Their professional service allowed my beloved one to depart with dignity. Highly recommend to everyone.

Dear Ally, SarahLynn and Lisa, just wanted to send grateful thanks for the wonderful care you showed to our beautiful cocker spaniel Angus, who we lost so unexpectedly on 5th December 2022. We were absolutely devastated and in shock, but knowing he was safely taken into your hands and treated with such kindness and dignity was such a comfort to us. SarahLynn was so wonderful to me when I visited to collect Angus, and the beautiful heart urn was such a fitting resting place for our precious boy.
