Cure & Simple

I can no longer recommend Cure & Simple. I got my husband a subscription for Valentine's Day one year, and we received our order monthly. (It was very good and of high quality!) This spring, our orders stopped coming despite being charged. I wrote to them 3 times in June--no response. I tried to call--the phone number doesn't work. I cannot take my card off their system, so they still have my account details. I've thus cancelled my subscription (I hope!) and will ask my bank to block any further charges. I suggest you avoid this company, which is a shame, as their bacon was really nice.

Signed up for fortnightly bacon delivery for partner's birthday. So far 2 payment have been taken from my card and no bacon delivered. My Cure and Simple account shows that I do not have a subscription but am being charged. No way of cancelling and cannot contact anyone - phone just rings and rings and no response to emails. Not sure what she I can do??!@

I paid online for a pack of bacon. the money has been taken but nothing sent. After contacting them, I was told that the order didn't carry through. The bacon I wanted is not available so I asked for a different one. Still nothing sent and now they are not answering emails or messages. Not much of a choice but to leave honest feedback. I didn't expect them to be so terrible at keeping in contact with their customers and they don't answer their phone so I will not use them again or recommend them to anyone.

Delicious, quality bacon. So good to see how important animal welfare is to these lovely people. I do seem to have a bit of a problem with the website, but there is always somebody helpful at the end of the phone. Many thanks for first rate service and product .

Absolutely brilliant experience shopping here! Fantastic quality meat you will not get from the supermarket. the staff provide a very attentive service you wont find anywhere else.
