        From the tranquil setting, to the knowledge, patience, kindness,understanding, enthusiasm and positive thinking that comes from Ellie there could be no better place to learn ,develop and grow into the yoga pattern of life. Learning to breathe properly and listening to your body makes a huge difference to the whole of your life. I am so glad that I , as a complete beginner ,was lucky enough to find Ellie. Whatever stage you are at you will be catered for ,coming away from sessions relaxed,fulfilled and at peace, whilst at the same time feeling totally energized.
