Alpacas are amazing. But accommodation and service is underwhelming and was specifically disappointing for us. I had signed up for their birthday package as a surprise for my partner's birthday. They failed to arrange the items upon arrival. So it was all quite disappointing. They made very little attempt to compensate for their mistake and were rude in how they handled it. After that we didn't feel like we could fully relax there or request anything else. Not worth the price we paid. Rooms: Could use a refresh. Sink and bath taps and shower head need better upkeep. Maybe even a replacement.
