        This is a scam website. Bought items and never got delivered. Never replied to phone calls or emails. Had to go through PayPal dispute to get my money back. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE

        Very disappointed. Trying to find out what has happened to my order, their website advise that I leave a email which I have done several times. I have left my phone number but no reply. They have taken the payment for the product needless to say. Appalling way to conduct business. Thinking the worst.

        I placed an order, a Christmas present, on 9th November. It's 23rd December now and Donann won't answer their phone, their message tells you the best way to contact them is by email. Six emails later and they still haven't responded. Fortunately I have family that live near them who will be paying them a visit very soon.
