We used a full set of stainless steel Arte Form products for our bathroom refit recently, and unfortunately the result was not good. While the basic design is appealing and functions OK, the actual products were engineered with such sharp edges, it is actually possible to cut yourself on them, which is not ideal when using taps with your bare hands. The handheld shower holder even sliced open the shower hose on contact and we had to have it replaced. Although they replaced the hose, when I questioned the sharp edges on the shower controls, and basin tap in particular, the owners replied black blaming me saying I 'mis-used' their product. They took no responsibility for this obvious design fault and will not rectify or offer any discount. So every time I have guests over I have to warn them not to cut themselves son our taps and supervise their children in our bathroom! I recommend to avoid these products and this company both for their unsafe products and poor customer service! Unsatisfied Customer!
