Worked well for the first 5 months. Now jams continuously. Its so poorly designed its extremely hard to service it. I have cheaper versions around the house which have never given me any trouble. AVOID

Amazing!! Absolutely love our sliding doors. They separate our kitchen & living room but its so lovely to have to option to open them up too

Fantastic customer service both when i was fitting the doors some years back, and again when i wanted to take one off to decorate and couldnt remember how. Very clear instructions were emailed to me a few minutes after i rang for advice and job done! Many thanks to Carole for her rapid help today, and to staff in the past for their expertise and patience when i was originally fitting the doors. Nothing was too much trouble.

So far not so good. Called twice customer services. They were not helpful and knowledgeable just sent the same information over what I can find on the website anyway and already read it. Wasn't able to answer for questions about the product. The delivery person refused to deliver it to the 2nd foor. Denied even a request for help and walked away after leaving it in the door way. Being a pregnant woman it was shocking and it is unacceptable. This fact needs to be highlighted in the delivery information. I hope the door will work. (Will update)
