        Richard was super responsive and helpful, and accommodating when we changed our requirements. He and his wife dropped off the bikes and collected on time, bringing helmets and repair kit. All was organised well and provided great customer service. Bikes were excellent and well maintained. My husband and teenage sons had a great time. Highly recommend.

        Highly recommended. Dropped our bikes off prior to our arrival, with everything included incase you occurred any hiccups along the way. Highly responsive too, with our plans changing last minute - which was not taken as an issue

        My son and I stayed at a hotel in Woodbridge Suffolk and wanted to hire bikes for four days of our stay. Richard was amazing, delivering and collecting the bikes at exactly the times we'd agreed. The bikes were in good condition and were great value for money. We enjoyed terrific rides to Framlingham Castle and Orford Castle and Quay. We can't thank Richard enough for making our holiday such a pleasure.
