Ignis Heating Ltd

My boiler was replaced today by two fantastic people from ignis. Not only did they do an amazing job, they took the time to explain everything I needed to know about the new equipment. I was working from home and they were very conscious to make sure they didn't cause disturbance when I was on calls, and were great with my dog who I know can get in the way when I'm busy. They were friendly and polite, engaging in conversation and providing a very positive customer experience. Not once did they moan about the snakes or tarantulas that may have worried them in the upstairs rooms. Afterward they cleaned the kitchen of all mess made, and left the place as it was. Would 100% recommend.

We contacted this company to have a gas line re done from our house to the meter after damage from a neighbours car. Called all numbers and no answer but got a call back within a few minutes from a mobile. We explained what we needed and he said he cannot do meters so I further explained its not the meter its the gas line extension from the house to the meter so he said no problem, should be a 2-3 hour job. He asked me to send him some whats app pictures which I did to which he watched and never replied. This was an insurance job so would have gone with this company no problem whatever the cost but we had no reply and still have not to this day. Shame that nobody seems to want work!
