Barbour Linda

I completed a coaching course with Linda and she has quite literally enabled me to make some simple changes which have had a huge impact on my personal and business life. Since working with her I am sleeping better, getting to sleep more easily, my energy and focus is concentrated on moving forward rather than going round in circles on the same issue which kept coming up. Linda has restored my faith in myself and my decisions she has allowed me to allow myself to be me rather than fitting into other people's needs. I have always thought of myself as strong and resilient but there were recurring issues which I could not shake off that were quite literally weighing me down. linda has enabled me to break that cyclical experience and stand very firmly in my own skin. The other aspect was that working with linda who was at all times extremely honest which challenged me in a very good way. Hearing from a completely different perspective meant I could accept what she said rather than thinking ' oh she doesn't really mean that' or 'they are just saying that' as I would with friends it really opened my eyes to the reality of the situation. Linda's time is priceless gave me a such a real turnaround on situations which I thought were inescapable and never ending. I honestly will never ever go back to where I was before with Linda's help she was there 24/7 as and when I needed an extra boost and I will never be able to thank her enough for what she has done for me. Linda is a through and through professional with a massive heart and real genuine honesty. I wholeheartedly urge anyone going through a tricky time or with ongoing issues to see and speak to Linda to see what may be possible !!
