My father met mark at the National self build centre as he was about to buy a bit of land in Surrey. He recommended a site appraisal and his advice couldnt have been clearer and more helpful! He pulled out of the purchase and see, a few months later now that the site is a quarter of the price we were persuaded to offer. My father isnt on Google (the internet) so asked me to leave this review for others to see. Thank you. Raymond.

Came across Mark searching for tricky but approved planning applications in the area we're moving too with a view to choosing a planning consultancy familiar with local constraints and then 'met' him in person and online at NSBRC training events. After experiencing some hard sell, jargon bashing and bragging of agents and people in the property development world, Mark's humble, prone to down-playing his role and expertise, warm, positive and approachable manner is refreshing. Couldn't agree more with other reviewers regarding his vast knowledge and expertise, which he willingly shares. Planning application not yet submitted but we have every confidence with Mark and his team leading the way, we will achieve success. Exciting!

We can't thank Mark and his team enough, and can't recommend them highly enough. We approached Mark to help us with an urgent objection to a planning appeal and the communication, feedback, and final objection were outstanding, even in such a short timescale. He was extremely confident, and with every right to be, as the planning has been refused. Don't look around and don't think twice, Mark and all of his colleagues are fabulous and you should use them!

I recently engaged Mark to write a planning application objection letter. Mark and the team were friendly, compassionate, responsive and knowledgable. Mark really knows planning legislation, the planning process and was fantastic. I cannot recommend them highly enough and will use them in the future for all planning related matters.
