        Have to agree with other reviews regarding the rudeness of staff. A lesson in customer service would serve them well.

        The people in this store are so rude and miserable, makes me wonder why they work with the public. Never a smile or thank you, my grandchildren aged 6 and 9 could give them a lesson in manners.

        Appalling customer service on every single visit. At first I thought I must have caught them on a bad day so didnt think anything of it, but having now reluctantly used the store on an additional 5 or 6 occasions its been the same every time and with varying members of staff. You genuinely get treated like you have caused them a huge inconvenience by entering the store. And whatever you do, dont try and use the place for anything complicated like Amazon collection. Itll ruin their day so much that theyll refuse to give you YOUR parcel because they cant work out the system to scan it over to you. If it was a sketch show, itd all be very funny, but its not and they dont deserve any custom.
