Come ExPaw Dog Walking

I had to come into contact with Alice today as she was supposed to be dropping a clients dog off at my kennels. Alice was impatient and rude and tried to jump the queue even though we had several customers waiting. Alice literally wanted to dump this poor dog onto me without providing me with any details. She didnt even know the owners names. Yet shes in charge of these animals. Because she was asked to wait and be patient she then continued her crusade outside dragging this poor dog behind her who was clearly very nervous. Whilst on the phone she was swearing and shouting in front of all my other customers who remarked at how rude she was. Is this company even licensed to walk dogs ? Alice charged the client extra for this drop off today and caused this poor dog so much stress. I took the dog off Alice even though none of the correct paper work was filled out just to get the poor thing away from her. Ive worked with dogs 25 years and I was gob smacked that someone who is meant to know how to treat animals can behave like this with someone elses pet. I have cctv and audio of the entire encounter and will happily upload it to social media. The dogs owners have also been informed of how awful Alice was this morning. Disgusting behaviour. Feel free to write whatever non factual review on my website. Im the one with the evidence of how appalling you behaved this morning.
