        Scraptoft builders built a garden wall approximately 1 and a half metres high, topped with a trellis. We were very pleased with the standard of work and how pleasant and accommodating the workers were.

        Barry Swinfield and his team undertook a tricky extension to our 1860's cottage. The work required demolishing almost 50% of the existing property and rebuilding a two story addition. The site was difficult to work in due to limited access, particularly the excavation for new footings and delivery of materials. Before the work started, Barry said it would take 12 weeks, which it did almost to the day. Throughout the job, the workforce were very efficient, friendly, good humoured when problems arose and sympathetic to my wife and I living in a challenging environment. I would wholeheartedly recommend Scraptoft builders and would happily use them again. Graham and Jo Osborn.
