Absolutely fantastic experience from our initial visit and discussion with Natalie through to the survey from Ed and the installation by Paul and his team. We were recommended to We Love Stoves by a friend that had purchased a Clearview Stove. We discussed our requirements for 2 stoves with Natalie and confirmed that Clearview was a great choice. The 2.5-day installation including; a cherry picker, brand new flues and pots and the two stoves, has now been completed and despite the challenges our old thatch cottage presented to Paul, they were overcome and the result is the Clearview stoves look stunning and ready for use in the cooler late summer evening. We would highly recommend We Love Stoves to anyone looking for a hassle-free and professional service.

Ok, where to start. Firstly, I hardly ever do reviews. That said, on this occasion, I felt it was most deserved. I can say that We Love Stoves, know what they are talking about. From enquiry to installation, we had nothing but professionalism. That said, I will add, they had the chimney from HELL our end. That was with no thanks to Countryside Builders. We Love Stoves persevered for over a day, with two three men trying to clear the chimney of excess mortar left by the builder. The end result for us, was utter perfection, just what we were looking for. We have been to the store for advice a few times now, and they are more than happy to spend as much time with you as necessary. Highly Recommended Many Thanks Team Daines
