    Have you seen their Sunday Sun advert for 'bargain' big flip phone? A product likely to be bought by the older among us. Thing is it only works on 2g(GSM) and that is being turned off. I've exchanged emails with the company and they know it too!

    Would give no stars if I could. Ordered tablet from advert in daily mail. Tablet was faulty so contacted them within 14 days to return for refund. No answer to my emails so phoned. After lots of haggling & trying to send me another tablet they eventually agreed to take it back & issue a refund. The refund they issued didn't include the 10 postage that I paid on the original order. When I queried this they said as I hadn't returned it within 14 days they won't refund postage but as a gesture they will pay for postage to return the faulty one! Avoid this company at all costs.

    I bought a tablet in April 2021,I did not use it right away, when I did it started to go, I sent emails to them, no helpful reply, I returned the tablet, they agreed it had a fault. When, what I thought was a replacement arrived, It was my tablet. I still cannot get it to work. I asked for a refund. No, the 30 days had gone for me to do so.
