No one cares, you can die waiting for the appointment or doctor call.

Pat in the Dispensary is absolutely outstanding. She puts SOME of the other's to shame. She is polite, friendly, helpful and caring. I don't know what Customer Service training she has had, but the Surgery want to put the Receptionists and the middle aged woman, slim with curly bobbed hair on that Customer service training. Some of the staff are appalling... so rude, patronising and unhelpful. They really shouldn't work with people.

Surprised they have two stars. Unhelpful, not interested and worse still there are no alternatives resulting in total lack of medical care for anyone unlucky enough to live in their area

First of all i understand everyones opinions are going to be different and it makes me feel sad that some have had bad experiences. For me personally John Tasker House have been great for me and my 3 children. I have always managed to get appointments and support. Even when its been telephone/picture consultations. Last week i had a mini op here and they have been great. Thank you.

I can honestly say John Tasker House is the worst experience I've had with a GP surgery. They genuinely are failing patients and putting people at risk. My partner who is vulnerable had been denied prescribed medicine she's been taking for years with no explanation and then has to act as a middle man between her hospital consultant and the surgery to simply get her prescribed medication (it is not acceptable to make an already vulnerable person feel more vulnerable by withholding medication with no explanation given); the dispensary line usually takes over an hour; and I was booked a hospital appointment for something quite serious and after waiting a week for the appointment and an entire morning in a lobby get turned away because 'the doctor surgery hasn't given any information'. This has delayed diagnosis by at least another week. Credit where credit is due, it's refreshing to get a 'call back' rather than waiting in a phone queue and I have always been able to access appointments. I just wish the practice was more seamless... There's so many hurdles with this surgery.
