Excellent personal service from the initial contact with Louise & Matt who I cannot fault; everything they do I found positive & helpful. I would go as far as to say I would highly recommend The Sofa Design Studio. On top of that we have a fantastic sofa, not much more you could ask of a sofa company.

Louise and team are great and really helpful! Loved the amount of options to customise the sofa to however you like. The whole process from picking the sofa, customising finishes and delivery was very smooth.

From the moment I sent Matt I message I had full confidence in the sofa design studio, he offered to open out of hours if we couldnt get there during their usual opening hours. When we visited, we met Louise who went above and beyond to help us find the perfect sofa for our new home. We spent a long time in the studio discussing our options and Louise suggested a colour I would never have gone for and we are over the moon with the outcome. After the studio visit we still werent 100% sure on the size we should go for so Louise did a home visit and helped us measure and decide the best option. She was so patient with us and came up with so many suggestions. The service from start to finish was faultless and we are so pleased we came to the sofa design studio! Its the best service weve ever received from any company! Thank you again to Louise & Matt.

So happy with our new Sofas! We recently moved house and needed some new furniture. We visited The Sofa Design Studio and was blown away with the quality and choice in the showroom. We sat down with Matt and discussed what we were looking for, he showed us through the different styles, multiple fabrics, and all the sizes variations. Once we decided, Matt produced a 3D image of what the sofa would look like in our home, which really helped visualise the end product. We placed the order there and then! We chose the Cleo sofa with footstool and the Henry 4 seater sofa bed, both in the aqua clean fabric. Our sofas arrived within 6 weeks, the delivery team gave us a 2-hour time slot on the day, they were brilliant with the installation, tidy and efficient. We could not be happier with our sofas, a huge thank you to Matt! We highly recommend The Sofa Design Studio to anyone!!

Our sofa was delivered this morning and we are so very happy with it! Matt immediately puts you at ease and makes the whole experience a pleasure. Prior to finding The Sofa Design Studio we had looked around the usual outlets and nothing was quite right.... Design, colour or size. Matt is so helpful making suggestions for the space, the type of sofa, finish and design options etc. There is no hard sell at all. One big plus of the small but stylish show area is that you see sofas in an appropriate space rather than a large open shop that minimises appearances. Sofa quality also much better than the 'big boys '. Colour choices is another benefit of Matt's range, very limited in the large stores but a huge range with Matt. The two guys that delivered the sofa couldn't have been nicer or more helpful too. We have paid a bit more than we had planned but totally worth it!
