Super friendly , knowledgeable , professional and helpful. I turned up just before closing time to collect a prescription that couldnt easily be found but rather than rush me out the door without what I needed they took their time to trace the prescription, provided expert advice even though they were busy at closing time on a Saturday and I left with what I needed. Best pharmacy I have ever used. The staff are knowledgeable, sympathetic and patient and pragmatic when issues arise. The pharmacy itself is well kept, clean, tidy with an impressive range of products. Staff can advise and are knowledgeable about the product ranges and have useful bits reasonably priced like pill splitters, pill organisers and a huge variety of other bits and bobs. Worth a visit!

The Lady Pharmacist is absolutely excellent. Always gives safe, sound and very knowledgeable advice. Has saved me traipsing to the Doctors several times. She has also told me if symptoms worsen or get no better to see a Doctor. Always so very polite, friendly and obviously loves her job and is amazing at her job. What a credit to the company I bet and hope the owner is 100% proud. Nothing is too much. I love both our pharmacies in Great Dunmow and will only use them. My prescriptions and anything medicinal would only be purchased from them.

Friendly and efficient but only drawback is that at the moment its only two customers at a time so can be a lengthy wait outside as customers maybe waiting to get prescriptions filled inside.
