Tried to use self service dog wash for my boy but he has spinal condition and is xlarge breed. So unfortunately we couldn't get him in the bath but staff were very Friendly, very understanding and very helpful trying to find solutions for us. Couldn't fault the customer service at all, will definitely recommend to other people. Refunded me without me even asking.

The dog wash is an easy & convenient way to wash your dog after a muddy walk. Booking & payment online is really easy & availability was excellent. The washroom was clean, clear instructions & everything needed to wash and dry my dog. Really great, accessible service & will definitely be using again!

Rhiannon has been grooming our Cockapoo since he was puppy and he absolutely loves her. He always comes back looking and smelling gorgeous and just like a cuddly little teddy bear. Rhiannon is so knowledgeable about all things dogs! So definitely worth asking. Couldnt recommend her more highly.
