Ive been a customer here for well over 15 years. The service I receive is always outstanding. The appointment begins with a thorough eye examination and a full explanation of what my prescription shows. Onto Mark to discuss lens options and what would suit my specific needs. In my experience, the lenses are of a superior quality to any other high street chain. A few days later I receive a phone call , my new glasses are in ! All the staff here are so polite, friendly and above all professional. I also think its so important to support an established local Dunmow business . I wouldnt go anywhere else

The Opticians are brilliant, I wouldnt trust anyone else with my eyes! The team are so thorough and helpful. I can now see better in both my day to day life and at my desk than I thought I would ever be able to, and I love my frames. Mark is a true professional at finding a frame that suits your face and your lifestyle. Wouldnt hesitate to recommend!
