        I have just exchanged on my new house after going through a process where two other properties fell through for a number of reasons. Rutland Financial have simply been outstanding through the somewhat complicated process. Gary Devine dealt with me and my wife from the start and saw it through to the end. He was extremely efficient, knowledgeable and kept us posted as to exactly what was going on during our process of mortgage agreement. If or when I move house again I will get straight on the phone to Gary to make sure that this potentially stressful process goes as well as it did this time under their guidance. Simply an outstanding service and more than worth the fee. Thanks
