My engagement ring snaped on the bottom. Heather and designs done a brilliant job at repairing it and making the band thicker. Definitely recommend.

Had a thoroughly wonderful shopping experience with Heather on Saturday. Went in looking for a ring, nothing in particular in mind but I tried on everything in the shop pretty much and Heather was fabulous. No pushy sales. Just honesty and knowledge and you could really sense her passion for the pieces and their individuality. I felt very emotional at treating myself for the first time ever and to items that will become my children's heirlooms once I have stopped loving wearing them. I have just picked up today a ring that was repaired by Heather B. The ring is very special to me as it was my dad's wedding ring. I had the ring resized to fit my little finger many years ago after my dad died. Unfortunately I lost the diamond the was in the ring so I decided to take it to Heather for a repair. What a result. I am truly delighted. It has been repaired in sympathy with its age which must be around 90 years old. Fabulous shop which has some beautiful jewellery. Have a look next time you are in Dunmow.

Lovely jewellers in the middle of Great Dunmow. I lost my wedding ring and had to choose a new one. Heather was extremely helpful and friendly; she had a great choice of rings, and I am delighted with my new wedding ring which was made especially for me.
