Service here is second to none! I have brought from the Dunmow branch of Jacks several times before, in fact I will usually visit game fairs and horse trails and return to buy the product from this store as they will always order in for you. This is what happened in my most recent purchase - I wanted a pair of Fairfax and Favour Regina boots in the slim fit for my skinny legs however Jacks only stock the regular fit so they took down my details and ordered in my boots from F&F, they arrived within a week and I was called promptly to let me know they were here so I could collect the next day. Couldnt be happier with my purchase and a big thank you to all the staff members who helped me to get my lovely new boots
