        I can attest that Essex Boot Camp works, its fun, the sessions are easy to pick up and the trainers are brilliant. Its on the rec every Tuesday and Friday at 9.30 in Dunmow, and lots of other locations around Essex. If you are 'working from home' or have flexible work its a great way to get moving and get outdoors, train in the morning and the rest of the day is a breeze!
