I was given an estimate and booked the vehicle back in to have the work carried out, nothing out of the ordinary so far.
The work was carried out, and a new PTU unit fitted, the estimate was all but on the spot, but this is where I would like to praise the honesty and integrity of the staff at Taylors.
A week later I noticed an oil leak, I contacted Taylors and advised them that I thought the fault had returned, they took my car back in and sorted it out and advised me the new PTU unit had failed.
So my point is things might not go to plan, but a good company knows how to put things right with the minimum of fuss
