Dealt with Josh and Paul, Josh showed us around a property his customer service is outstanding and he came through with everything he had advised us. I had been dealing with Paul over the phone who again had outstanding customer service and he was very understanding. Ray has been wonderful throughout the whole buying process. I am a first-time buyer, with a busy job and moving from another area, so the experience could have been daunting. However, he made the whole process smooth, with his friendly and extremely pleasant, helpful manner. He remained patient and was flexible; always getting back to me quickly and explaining things clearly, as well as liaising with Solicitors etc to sort out any issues. Thank you Ray for your hard work and assistance throughout. It is greatly appreciated. I would also like to add that each time I have called the office, I have found the staff to be very polite and professional.
